Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns

Return Process

Exchanges
