SHIPPING

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to carriers, processing may take longer. We will notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:


  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by the carrier

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

We will assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier theft or mis delivery.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:


  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments or intimates (if applicable)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
